LowLandLions - Benelux based organization of professional gaming athletes

The two new players will be representing LowLandLions both at online and offline events and we have no doubt that with their achievements and experience they will do their best to win everything.

As head manager from LowLandLions I am delighted to welcome Rob and Gunther to our forces. I am sure these two gentlemen have proven themselves already within and outside of the Benelux. I'm happy that we finally can add Trackmania to LowLandLions team and wish them the best in their LowLandLions future.

Now some information about themselves and their achievements:

Hello! My name is Rob Janssens, I am 16 years old and I have been playing TMN for 2 years now as "RoB". I was born in Hasselt, but at the moment I live in a small village near Tongeren in Belgium where I am in my last year of my highschool education.

When i started gaming on the PC it was actually not with a racing game, but with Call of Duty 2, which I have played for over 800 hours when I realised that teamgames are just not for me as I was usually in bad teams with bad communication. So when TMN Forever was available for download on April 16th in 2008, I decided to try it. But right from the start I had a big gap to bridge with the other players who had already been playing the previous version of the game: TMN ESWC.

After some decent finishes at the FOM lan series I was asked by SiS and EnjOy to join AntwerpAces, which I gladly accepted. I hope that I can travel to foreign countries with TMN, compete at big tournaments such as ESWC and WCG and get some nice results!

I have already heard many positive things about LowLandLions and I hope my time in LowLandLions will be a nice one. I will do everything I can to support TMN in Belgium.

Hi ! Im Gunther "SiS" Hoffmann, I turned 23 today and live in belgium, Sint-Niklaas. Outside of gaming I work in security for group4 and I love sports, going out and hanging around with friends. I have been playing Trackmania for about 4 years now. I started out giving up Counter-Strike to put all of my focus on racing games and it has worked out for me. Ive been belgian champion almost my entire gaming career and I won almost all of the tournaments organised in Belgium and participated internationally with some pretty good results like the 1st place at XLparty in Portugal.

I've been inactive the last 8 months or so, but as my job gives me the opportunity to be a bit more at home, these last couple of weeks I've picked up gaming a bit again and want to see where I stand at this point in time!

I feel pretty bad leaving Antwep Aces. They have been really supoportive during my break and I really have alot of respect for the people managing the team.

Although at this point they weren't able to offer me what I really wanted with becoming active again. So I had to make a difficult decision to stay with them and just play national or change team and get some international opportunities aswell. So here I am!
