This weekend the ESL Pro Series finals took place at the WZZRD LAN Center in Enschede. LowLandLions was present with both Quake Live player draven and the Counter-Strike: Source team. Check below for the results!

In the Counter-Strike:Source finals the LowLandLions team had to play their first match against Mesmerize C.A., after qualifying as 2nd out of the group stage. MCA had beaten LLL a few weeks ago, but unfortunately for them could not, just like LowLandLions, attend with their normal line-up. This match ended up different, LLL took both maps, winning 16-06 and 19-15.

After winning against MCA, the team faced the group stage winner and surprise of the tournament, Rodcad Gaming. Rodcad had beaten Antwerp Aces with a 2-0 score and continued their great form during the last match of the tournament. LLL eventually lost both maps, the scores being 10-16 and 09-16. This means the end ranking is as follows:

1. Rodcad Gaming (€1000,-)

2. LowLandLions (€500,-)

3. MCA (€250,-)

The EPS QL finals started with a dissapointment for LLL player dem0n. He had qualified himself for the finals after finishing 4th in the group stage, but found out he was not able to attend the tournament.  This meant supreme replaced him. This was not the end of the story, as supreme could not attend and let another player, QINOX, play for him.

LLL player Jeffrey "draven" Debipersad did attend the final event, after ending up second in the group stage. In the semi final he faced Sc00T, winning with a 3-2 score. Afterwards he had to play Belgian top player burnedd, the only one he lost to in the group stage. Again burnedd managed to beat draven, this time with a 3-0 score. This means draven has ended 2nd in this season as well:

1. Adrien "burnedd" Denis

2. Jeffrey "draven" Debipersad

3. Ben "Sc00T" Siebert

We will hopefully see a lot of LLL action in the next EPS Season, number 5. The new season has already been announced, the games for this season will be published later on.
